Mike Chang is a world-class Body and Mind Coach, Former Bodybuilder, Entrepreneur and Creator of Flow Training Method.
With his previous company, he build one of the largest fitness following on YouTube. He transformed the lives of millions of people across the world with his simple approach to training and nutrition, and his pure passion for helping others succeed.
At the peak of his career, Mike started to experience extreme mental and emotional stress, severe physical injury to his lower back that nearly stopped his ability to work. An experience at the time in early 2015 healed his body and mind within hours, he felt the heavy weight of mental and emotional stress lifted for the first time, as he entered a state of heightened clarity, and perception of himself and reality.
In search for a deeper understanding of what occurred, he sold his company in 2015, and left everything behind to spend the next five years mastering his mind, studying in the field of enlightenment, the root cause of human happiness and suffering, and trained using a vast array of methods from Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Massage, to assorts of plant medicines to access deeper states of consciousness.
