RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Upon booking your Flow60 Retreat you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Flow60 Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Flow60 Retreat.
“We” refers to Flow60.
Retreat refers to “The Flow60 Retreat”
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To join the retreat you must have valid travel (health) insurance. Proof of your valid travel/health insurance is needed before joining the retreat. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your retreat & trip cancellation.
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
As unexpected things can happen, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance once you have booked your Flow60 retreat.
RETREAT REQUIREMENTS
You must have active and valid travel insurance.
You must meet Bali's entry requirements at the time of travel.
You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.
You must be 18+ Years of age or coming with a parent or guardian.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.
60 days prior to the retreat start date, Flow60 offers a grace period where you can have a full refund without questions within 14 days of making your first retreat payment. Refunds may take a maximum of 30 days to process.
Refund requested after the 14 day period will only be issued as credit towards the next flow60 retreat (to be used within 3 years).
No refunds are issued within 60 days of the retreat start date. Cancellations before 30 days of the retreat start date may receive a credit towards the next flow60 retreat (to be used within the next 3 years). All up to date payments made will be forfeited should cancellations occur within 30 days of the retreat start date.
As a small company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.
You understand upon booking that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal issues. In the unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible.
FLOW60 RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY.
We never want to cancel a retreat. However, sometimes acts of God do happen. If Flow60 needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next possible retreat. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for any next 7 Day Flow60 Bali Retreat.
