The BMT had a deep impact on Johanna. Feeling progress, reaching goals, and no longer feeling stuck showed her that Flow60 works. The community, especially Mike and the instructors, inspired her. She wanted to give back and help others transform too.

Flow60 taught Johanna to listen to her body, both physically and emotionally. Releasing trapped emotions and recognizing triggers helped her feel calmer and more grounded. Her strength, focus, and confidence grew. She built healthy habits and became more present in daily life.

She loves seeing people experience the energy and grounding of this practice. Every story inspires her. Her sessions are interactive, personal, and full of connection.

The BREATHE principle that changed her most is Effort Max 70 Percent. She used to push too hard, chasing perfection. Now, she stays consistent by working with her energy, not against it.

Johanna loves working with people who share their journey. She believes everyone learns from each other. With her rehab background, she supports people in finding simple ways to feel better.
