How Flow6O works
Flow60 combines movement, breath, and principles to bring you back to a state of balance and inner peace. Starting from childhood, every time when you experiences, emotional stress, trauma and discomfort, your body responds by tensing up causing you to become familiar with that particular emotional response. Your mind responds by replaying the event over and over in your mind until it imprints into your subconscious programming effecting the way you see and react to future events. Overtime, this causes your body to accumulate extreme amounts of tension creating pains and discomforts, emotions get trapped in the body causing you to emotionally react, and your mind creates unconscious programs and believe systems that governance all of your choices, and decisions in life. Flow60 was designed to reverse this effect to return you back to a state of well being. How this is accomplished:
BODY: Tension is released from the body every morning and evening by doing the flow60 practice that consist of 60 movements in a unique sequence that systematically releases tension and moves energy in the body layer by layer until deep states of calm can be achieved. Each practices range from 20 to 60 minutes to complete.Â
MIND: Limited beliefs, perspective, negative thinking is altered by practicing the 7 training principles during each practice known as the 7 BREATHE Principles by applying them to every movement performed during the practice. Overtime, the principles begin to influence every aspect of life.Â
Strengthens the body
Flow60 builds strength without forcing your body to the limits. This is done by using rhythm, control, and sustainable effort while you exercise. As you move through 60 functional exercises, you experience a complete workout from warming up, challenging your strength and endurance followed by cool down bring you back to calm and centered. All with focus and conscious breathing. This approach allows you to strengthen your body and develop your “present moment awareness” at the same time.Â
The method follows the BREATHE principles, including “Effort Max 70 Percent,” which helps you grow stronger without stressing your nervous system. That means no burnout, no inflammation, just steady, healthy progress.
By repeating the same movements, your body learns. Muscles, joints, and nerves adapt. You gain balance, stability, and lasting strength.

Mental stillness
Flow60 is a moving meditation that trains your mind to become calm, focused, and present. Through intentional movement, rhythmic breath work, emotional release, and repetition, the mind is gently guided out of overthinking and into stillness. Each practice session becomes a form of meditation in motion, supported by the BREATHE principles.
Total Focus anchors attention to a single point, breath, or movement, helping break the cycle of mental distraction. Breathe with Awareness brings the nervous system into balance, while syncing your breath with movement to ground the mind in the present. Have No Judgment, Compete or Compare quiets the inner critic and invites self-acceptance.
As you move and breathe with awareness, the mind begins to observe rather than react. Emotional tension softens, mental clarity increases, and a peaceful stillness arises naturally. Over time, Flow60 conditions the mind for deep presence, both during the practice and throughout daily life. It is meditation you feel.

- Become aware that you're emotional
Notice when a feeling arises, whether it's frustration, sadness, anxiety, or numbness. Awareness is the key that unlocks healing. - Breathe, feel, and relax
Rather than fight the emotion, you stay with it. You soften your breath, relax your body, and allow the sensation to be there without judgment. - Do not believe your thoughts
Emotions often trigger old narratives. In Flow60, you learn to observe your thoughts without identifying with them. The feeling is real, but the story is not. - Feel it until it’s gone
You stay present with the emotion, not rushing it, not suppressing it, until it naturally passes. When the energy has moved, the release is complete.
