Shannon joined Flow60 during a deep phase of healing. Its teachings resonated with her on every level. When the opportunity to become an instructor came, she knew it was something she needed to do.
Flow60 gave her structure and sustainable strength. She learned to rebuild after fatigue and to lean on the practice even on low energy days. The deepest growth came through teaching, coaching, and discovering the power of community. She learned that to truly show up for others, she must first show up for herself.
Shannon loves teaching movement by moving with others. There is something powerful in shared physical experience. Her sessions are low-impact and focused on subtle yet powerful adjustments, like nasal breathing and smooth transitions that support mobility and ease.
She is known for guiding nutrition through curiosity, not rules. Her approach explores what each body truly needs, how lifestyle and childhood shape those needs, and how to understand and support each person’s unique system.
Expand Your Limits resonated with her instantly, but Always Calm and Relax is what she needed most. She had pushed too hard for too long. To feel strong in a sustainable way, she had to learn what safety and calmness actually feel like. She is still learning.
Shannon loves working with people who take responsibility for their journey. You don’t have to get it right. Growth comes from showing up and staying open. When you do, the body begins to shift. Even three minutes is enough to begin.
