Brandon Siebert
Flow60 Instructor /Â California, USA
As a 4th degree black belt in karate and former semi-pro hockey player, Brandon has dealt with his share of injuries. Flow60 helped him heal, stay mobile, and build a daily routine that supports him physically, mentally, and emotionally. He knew he had to become certified so he could teach this on a regular basis. He loves seeing someone try his class for the first time and leave sweaty and smiling. He also values being able to connect with people all over the world and share his passion for working out with them.
When you join Brandon’s session, you can expect some “outside the box” types of training and exercises that test you both physically and mentally, all while having fun. He enjoys working with those who ask questions, are open to learning, and are willing to try something new even if it feels difficult at first.
The training principle he resonates with most is Breathing with Awareness and Rhythm. It helps him stay present and focused, whether during Flow60 or in daily life. Once he began working on his breath rhythm, he noticed he could do more reps in the strength portion of the practice—something that surprised and motivated him.
Brandon reminds everyone that this is your practice, and your only goal is to show up. It doesn’t matter how long or how hard the session is—just showing up is the most important and powerful step.
