Edward Crumpton
Flow60 Instructor / UK, Barnstaple
Edward has always been drawn to exercise, but he sensed that movement held something deeper. When he found Flow60, it shifted everything. It was no longer just about fitness, it helped him focus, calm his mind, and face challenges with more ease. He didn’t have all the answers when he began instructor training, and he still doesn’t, but he knew he had to share what he found meaningful.
Flow60 helped Edward become aware of unconscious tension in his body and thought patterns in his mind. It showed him how body, mind, and emotions constantly affect one another. Releasing tension through breath clears the mind. That’s why Flow60 is how he starts every morning. Even ten breaths bring him back to center so he can show up fully for work, life, and others.
He loves seeing students dive in, ask questions, and stay curious. Edward brings strong energy to every session and makes sure people feel seen and supported. Sessions begin with a short connection, move through rhythm, and close with breath and meditation. He always finishes with a smile, knowing everyone leaves lighter and more present.
Outside of movement, Edward coaches people through real-life struggles. His goal is to help them take action, even when it’s hard. He leans on two Flow60 principles: Repetition Creates Habits and Mastery, and Have No Judgments. These help quiet the noise and build confidence.
He loves working with people who are ready to grow. Whether the challenge is emotional or physical, he guides them toward balance and movement. Everyone has sparks inside, small curiosities pointing to something true. Flow60 gives space to follow those sparks into a more aligned and energized life.
